Conducting research on rare cancers is difficult because data are scarce and scattered across several clinical centres. Researchers would benefit from being able to analyse data collected by many of them, but this is challenging due to a lack of interoperability and strict privacy regulations that limit data access and sharing.
To overcome these challenges, IDEA4RC offers clinical centres a structured journey to data contribution which ensures security and trust and, at the same time, makes data access easier so that data can be turned into knowledge and into better care for patients. Discover the journey here below.
